Our Story

Proudly serving Sororities and Fraternities, Upper Crust Food Service is known for freshness, quality and variety. Upper Crust began as a small café and bakery more than 25 years ago. With a focus on great food and personal service, we’ve remained true to our roots. Today, the chefs of Upper Crust Food Service prepare thousands of meals weekly for students in multiple states. Despite our growth, we haven’t lost sight of personal service, customized menus and of course, great, fresh food.

Our Greek house program is based upon an 8 week menu rotation. Trained chefs and a nutritionist develop our menus with the life of busy, hungry students in mind. Freshness is our guide. Our meals are made by chefs, from scratch daily. We cook
with fresh meats, quality produce, and wholesome ingredients. Our program is tailored to your tastes, your preferences, and your schedule.

Making Your Life Easier

Upper Crust Food Service makes your life easier through our kitchen management program. We handle all aspects of your kitchen including staffing, ordering and food preparations. We take the burden of running a busy kitchen off your shoulders, leaving you with fresh meals and great service. Outside the kitchen, Upper Crust helps you operate the house by providing vending, household chemicals, cleaning supplies, and paper goods.
